    The facts that give a person the right to sue.

    وہ حقائق جن کی بنا پر کسی کو دعویٰ کرنے کا حق ملتا ہے۔

    An order restraining a party from doing something while the suit is pending. The applicant must show a prima facie case, balance of convenience and irreparable loss.
