Article 4 · Right of individuals to be dealt with in accordance with law

(1) To enjoy the protection of law and to be treated in accordance with law is the inalienable right of every citizen, wherever he may be, and of every other person for the time being within Pakistan.

What can I use today?

Matters, clients, hearings with automatic reminders, calendar, tasks and fees; research about a matter; drafting with court templates, an AI first draft and a full editor; reported judgments; the Constitution in English and Urdu, the Penal Code, a legal glossary and a guide to the courts; and your chamber's own knowledge base.

Does the AI make up cases or citations?

It can only cite provisions and judgments that DastoorAI found in its own library for your question or matter. Every citation is checked after it writes: anything it typed itself that is not in the library is removed and marked “Authority needed”, and a judgment is always named with its own court. You review everything before filing.

Which judgments are included?

Reported judgments from the official websites of the Federal Constitutional Court and the High Courts of Sindh, Peshawar, Islamabad and Balochistan, mostly from the last five years, with a link to each original. The Supreme Court and the Lahore High Court are being added. Scanned judgments without a text layer are not yet searchable.

Where does the statute text come from?

The Constitution from the National Assembly of Pakistan (English as amended up to the 27th Amendment, November 2025, with the official Urdu translation), and the Pakistan Penal Code from the Pakistan Code. Every provision links to its official source.

Who can see my matters and knowledge base?

Only people in your chamber: members see the matters they are added to, owners see all. The knowledge base is private to your chamber. Every change is recorded in an audit log.
