Every citizen shall have the right to remain in, and, subject to any reasonable restriction imposed by law in the public interest, enter and move freely throughout Pakistan and to reside and settle in any part thereof.

ہر شہری کو پاکستان میں رہنے اور مفاد عامہ کے پیش نظر قانون کے ذریعہ عائد کردہ کسی معقول پابندی کے تابع ، پاکستان میں داخل ہونے اور اس کے ہر حصے میں آزادانہ نقل و حرکت کرنے اور اس کے کسی حصے میں سکونت اختیار کرنے اور آباد ہونے کا حق ہوگا۔
