[Referendum as to confidence in Prime Minister] It cease to be in force on the 30th September, 1977 by the Constitution (Seventh Amdt.) Act, 1977 (23 of 1977), s.1(3) and previously ins. by Act 23 of 1977, s.2, and come into force on 16th May, 1977.
